Returns & Warranty
30 Day Returns
All items can be returned to Mriva Sports for a full refund up to 30 days of the invoice date. The items must be returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. Items returned used or after the 30 day return window maybe eligible for a partial store credit or exchanges.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Mriva Sports does not offer free return shipping on all items.
If the original order had multiple items, then free return shipping will only be available if $50+ order value is maintained excluding the return items. Otherwise a $7.99 charge will be deducted from the refund.
Only one return/exchange per order is provided.
Free return shipping is available only for:
- New Racquet purchases
- New Paddle purchases
- New Shoes and Bags purchases
Racquet Returns
- Frame should be New and Unused. New Racquets that have plastic removed from the handle or have ball fuzz on the strings are not considered new and are ineligible for full refund
- Used Racquet Sales are final, including used demos
- Racquets strung at Mriva Sports, the string cost is non refundable
Paddle Returns
- Paddles should be New and Unused. New paddles that have plastic removed from the handle or have ball markings or scuffing on surface are not considered new and are ineligible for full refund
- Used Paddle Sales are final, including used demos
Shoe Returns
- Shoes must be unworn and in new condition. Shoes with dirt or scuff marks on the outsole are not eligible for return
- Shoes must have the original tags attached
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box
Bag Returns
- Bags must have no sign of wear or use
- Bags must have the original tags attached
Submit a Return Request
- Start the return process by logging into your account
- Once logged in, click the order you want to submit the return for
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return
- Select a return reason and add any notes for Mriva Sports
- Click Request Return
- Mriva Sports may request for more information before processing your return request. Please provide response to any information requests in a timely manner.
- If your return is approved and requires shipping you'll receive an email with shipping instructions. If your return is eligible for Free Return shipping you will receive the shipping label as well.
- Once your return is received and processed, we'll notify you if the return is approved and you'll be refunded on your original payment method (minus any fees if applicable). Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Note: If your original order with multiple items qualified for free shipping and with a return, the order value is below the free shipping threshold, there will be $7.99 charge deducted from your return. This does not apply to single item orders and returns.

Warranty Returns
If the item you have received is broken or defective prior to use, contact Mriva Sports immediately for an exchange or credit. For defects or damage that occur after the item has been used, the item is subject to the warranty terms that vary by manufacturer and item. Please contact us about return procedures to the manufacturer for items that you believe are under manufacturers warranty.
Shoe Warranty
We currently do not offer shoe warranty replacement from Mriva Sports. For replacement of your shoe with a 6-month outsole warranty, please file your warranty claim with the manufacturer directly.
